Scott is best to answer these sorts of questions, but I'm sure that you
would help him for you to describe the exact versions of all of the
software involved, in this case IMail, Declude and what virus scanners
that you have installed for Declude and also on your system.

My best guess would be that it appears that something is stealing
messages from Declude while they are being processed, and this is most
likely a real-time virus scanner that is looking over your spool.  You
need to make sure that real-time virus scanners aren't set to scan your
E-mail directories including the spool and users.  It's also possible
that IMail stole the message, but less likely.

Regarding the postmaster bounce, your server doesn't typically create
postmaster notifications for senders coming from other servers.  It is
typically the sending server that handles the notification back to their
user, though it will often quote the SMTP response from your server that
was given during the session.  You can most likely check your IMail log
and find the error that was given to the sending server.
