I notice the njabl test is not a "standard" test in the sample Declude
JunkMail config file:

# The following tests are commented out by 
  default because they are not commonly used
# NJABL  ip4r  dnsbl.njabl.org  127.0.0.2  5  0

Is this test worth the machine time doing the lookup?
