I had the following line in a filter file:
SUBJECT 100 CONTAINS Selected Listings from
Emails with subjects like 'Selected Listings from Paul Burns' (quotes added) were not getting flagged by the filter. When I changed CONTAINS to STARTSWITH, it started getting flagged. Does CONTAINS not work from the first character in the subject?
As you suggest, that doesn't seem to make sense. Anything caught by STARTSWITH should get caught by CONTAINS.
Any chance of going back to CONTAINS and double-checking to see if they still aren't getting caught (perhaps there was a typo?)?
