I was wondering if someone could explain why a particular message is being routed to the root-bulk mailbox.
"root-bulk" is a symptom of IMail v8's anti-spam. This is almost certainly an E-mail that IMail v8's anti-spam put there (unless you are using the "ROUTETO" or "MAILBOX" actions to intentionally get it to the root-bulk mailbox).
