This one was hold as spam and it was spam.
But as you can see COMBO-IP4R-ALL hasn't added points (or was ENDed
perviously?)

X-Country-Chain: UNITED STATES->ITALY->destination


Can someone explain me how to use COUNTRY, COUNTRIES and STARTSWITH,
CONTAINS, ... ?
