As the subject states, on my IMail server, when I use dig to check on
reverse dns entries of a domain, i get this:

;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN, id: 41

Yet, when I go to dnsstuff.com and do the reverse look up there, I do get
one.
I'm new to dig, but I know that NXDOMAIN is not good. Doesn't that mean
that
the domain doesn't exist?

Correct.

If that's true, what should I do to remedy this.

The problem is likely due to the fact that there isn't *a* reverse DNS entry -- there are about a dozen of them, only one of which will normally be used. Just limit yourself to one (any one) and I'm guessing the problem will go away.
