I have a client that was getting this email newsletter and now it is being rejected. Any thoughts? We are now running Declude JunkMail Pro (trial verison) and Declude AV on our machine with IMail.

I'm not sure what the issue is here? That isn't a newsletter; it's a bounce message.
Is the user receiving that bounce message instead of the newsletter? Is Declude JunkMail blocking the bounce or the newsletter? etc.?
