Just started having the problem. In the event viewer it lists the error below. I can't figure out why the service is stopping. The server looks like it is processing the normal amount of messages and a reboot did not resolve the issue.
Any ideas? The IMail SMTP Server service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 62 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.
