Yes.  Declude JunkMail does not distinguish between To:, Cc:, or Bcc:.  All
will be treated the same.

Of course, if an E-mail is sent to your mailserver from another mailserver,
Declude JunkMail won't see any Bcc: addresses that are not on your server
(such as a Bcc: to an @hotmail.com account).
