Well I do not know how to count the number of failed tests but if you
were willing to list them something along these lines will work in a
filter:
combo_blacklists.txt
SKIPIFWEIGHT 36
TESTSFAILED END NOTCONTAINS test1
TESTSFAILED END NOTCONTAINS test2
TESTSFAILED END NOTCONTAINS test3
REMOTEIP 0 CONTAINS .
in Gconfig:
combo_blacklists.txt filter
\IMail\Declude\Filters\combo_blacklists.txt x 10 0
