The only thing close to this that I am aware of is Message Sniffer's rule base. Systems running at maximum sensitivity are currently scanning for 108206 rules. Our P2/450 does this on the typical message in < 100ms. With the exception of loading the rulebase you should expect to handle 300K rules in a comparable time frame. Perhaps we could contract with you to encode your list?
