Is there anyway that Declude can let us know the number of recipients for a message? I know it can tell from the bypasswhitelist test but I don't think I can get to or use that information.
The %NRECIPS% variable can do this. For example:
XINHEADER X-Declude-Recipcount: %NRECIPS%
For example, if a message has a subject that contains "your bank account" and was sent to more than one recipient then a filter that would have
MINWEIGHTTOFAIL 20 SUBJECT 10 CONTAINS BANK ACCOUNT NUMBEROFRECIPS 10 ISGT 1
would easily catch the message.
Unfortunately, there is no way to deal with numbers in filtering at this point, so this would not be possible.
