While many will remain on Imail for years to come, I doubt ICS will be a good revenue stream for Declude or other similar products.
Would Declude have decided to charge for the 'cross-grade' I would have had a HUGE problem with that.

I personally think that the free upgrade (crossgrade?) to the SmarterMail version was a very nice gesture.
