As I posted before Christmas: ____________________ Beta Trial Installs Issue - The availability of the Beta Trial software for Declude and SmarterMail.
We specified clearly in our email to all customers, posted on the Home page of our web site and at the point of download the only permissible manner in which we would accept participants for this important process. "Declude Beta Release for SmarterMail - For those of you who wish to try the Beta version of Declude for SmarterMail please email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with your name, organization, email address, email system host name, operating system and telephone number and we will contact you. No keys will be issued in the short term without going through this process." Resolution - We are now restricting all downloads to those who follow the request procedures ___________________ The issue still remains that customers did not follow the procedures so we are emailing customers direct with the exe files necessary to install the beta software. The exe is being updated each time we resolve an issue and it is more appropriate to manage the process in this way. I hope this clarifies the position.
