Subject: [Declude.JunkMail] OT - File manager for nonstandard files

Hi, all-

A colo customer's website was hacked to include a bunch of movie files buried deep in his site. The directories use nonstandard Windows characters, and I can't get to the files through the command prompt or the Windows Explorer. The diruse.exe utility does see them, however.

Does anybody here know of a way to get to these files and remove them?
