Yep...it's the same as default.junkmail, and applies to outgoing mail.

I may be wrong, but I don't believe you can have incoming on and outgoing
off by domain.  Either both on or both off.

Just went through the manual on this and there is not much explanation

I see the section in global.cfg for outgoing.

It looks the same as the junkmail filters for users and domains.

Is this section applicable to all outgoing mail?

Can outgoing mail be filtered by domain?
