I already have RegExp white and blacklists, just want the ability to handle
pattern matching against just the from address.

I know this is not what you wan't to hear at this exact moment, but I have
an external application that I am working on and a few others are testing it
right now that allows you to use regular expressions/advanced pattern
matching against the body or header of messages.  If anyone is interested in
working with the app as well just let me know offlist.
