Gotcha. REMOTEIP definitely follows IPBYPASS. So when you get mail from your backup MX, REMOTEIP will contain the IP of the hop before your backup MX. If there is no hop, I'm pretty sure that REMOTEIP contains 0.0.0.0 instead.
