What are the desired features, and drawbacks of existing packages? We have an in-house developed system we use for managing account info, IIS 5 servers, IMail, and MS DNS, with a SQL Server backend. Currently it's tailored exactly to our procedures and packages, but if there's enough interest we could add any missing features and make it more flexible for general use.
