You can use weightrange to define your own test/action to delete on an exact
weight of 36.

How is the ProcessCounter invoked? I see it in the docs but that is

Is any kind of logical processing avail or planned? For example in
the global.cfg/a filter file statements like:
 IF %WEIGHT% = 36
    DELETE
 ENDIF
