This is normal stuff. It's zombie spam; sent from a hijacked
computer. This stuff accounts for the vast majority of spam, though
much of it is blocked by address validation (which won't work if you
have a nobody alias enabled). Some of these guys have figured out that
their HTML techniques are more indicative of spam then their content,
so they have switched to sending plain text E-mails, and most E-mail
readers will automatically link URL's so it works just fine for
spamming.
