It is always too early to tell until at least a couple of weeks have
past. Only the most obvious and widespread issues will crop up
immediately and become known, but the real problematic things will take
weeks or even months to diagnose and fix.
That said, a hot fix generally doesn't introduce new issues...but that
is just a generalization.
