Unfortunately, I cannot comment on when the new release will be
available -- there are always too many variables.  I'd rather see delays
and get the issues fixed than get the product out on a deadline with
some unresolved issues.

However, I can say that the source of the more noticeable issues with
the v2 releases that some people have encountered has been identified
and removed (including the 0xc0000142 issue).  Although it is taking a
bit longer than expected, I think you will be pleased with the results.
