I added this line to the global.cfg and the IP4R tests and all other
tests are now running:
HOP 0
The Declude Junkmail manual says "When set to 0 (the default), Declude
JunkMail uses the IP address of the mail server that connected to the
{MAILSERVER}."
Obviously, HOP 0 must not be the default, given the fact it had to be
set in the global.cfg, in order to get tests to run.
