In the past I've seen the DEBUG logs state an explicit failure to resolve the DNSBL or RHSBL lookup, but then I've never seen it say "may skip-1" when it didn't also fail.
What did Declude support say when you ran these logs by them? MS DNS is running on the same box as Imail. Imail is set to use 127.0.0.1 for DNS resolution. Declude is also set to use 127.0.0.1 for DNS resolution - in both the global.cfg and in the Declude.cfg. MS DNS is setup as a caching server, using forwarders. The forwarders are our 4 DNS servers. Imail is having no problems resolving, using 127.0.0.1. There is no problem resolving with NSlookup at the command prompt, either.
