It's possible that one of your users/customers has a mailbox or alias on YOUR server and forwarding all mail (including any junkmail) to his AOL mailbox.
 
Then, he receives the junkmail at AOL, and presses the "junkmail" button. As far as AOL can tell, YOUR server sent the junk to THEM (because it was forwarded.)
 
It's a common problem.  If you have large mailing lists of many tens of thousands, you can get whitelisted at AOL. They know about the problem.

I sign up for aol feedback loop   and they sent this attach message , saying it is coming from my server, causing them to block my Ip address – but I am  having a problem  trying to understand what the  header is saving  . I do not allow relay from my server   at all using imail 8.2

In your logs it should indicate a code you can check on at http://postmaster.info.aol.com/.

 

Usually they are pretty tenatious on reverse dns entries.  Also, you may want to look for any local clients that may be forwarding their mail from your server into AOL.
