It's possible that one of your users/customers has a mailbox or alias on YOUR server and forwarding all mail (including any junkmail) to his AOL mailbox.   Then, he receives the junkmail at AOL, and presses the "junkmail" button. As far as AOL can tell, YOUR server sent the junk to THEM (because it was forwarded.)   It's a common problem.  If you have large mailing lists of many tens of thousands, you can get whitelisted at AOL. They know about the problem.
