A quick suggestion might be starting your own internal SURBL filter and adding
.capichel.com to it. It will b reactive in watching for new domains as they are used in the spam, but is much easier than trying to adjust for the algorithms they use to format the drug list. I don't know if there was anything useful in the headers for filtering.
