[Declude.JunkMail] Crediting 'good' domains

I am using the following to try to credit points back to some of our customers who routinely fail spam checks.

 

$default$.junkmail

Credit   WARN

 

GLOBAL.CFG

Credit   filter C:\IMail\Declude\Filters\Credit.txt  X 0 0

 

Credit.txt

REVDNS -10 ENDSWITH .overstock.com
REVDNS -10 ENDSWITH .columbiahouse.com
REVDNS -10 ENDSWITH .smithsonian.chtah.com
REVDNS -10 ENDSWITH .e-cost.com
REVDNS -10 ENDSWITH .selmaduro.com
REVDNS -10 ENDSWITH .selmamail.aruba.selmaduro.com

 

This doesn't work for any of the domains listed, what am I doing wrong? The path to the Credit.txt file is correct. But the mails never credit points back.
