All it has in it are the standard Ethernet0 and
Ethernet1 interfaces. No additional NICs. Appreciate the suggestion,
though.

RAM you can also try replacing the NIC card first - we just had
an issue with an older PIX 520 that wouldn;t take an OS upgrade due to an
incompatiblilty with the installed nics. Symptoms were it would just
constantly reboot.
