Dave, Thanks for this but I have already checked and we're not listed on any SPAM database which is why I'm trying to get a contact for Hotmail.co.uk as I don't know why we are being blocked. I know this particular IP is being blocked as it's been like it for some time now and changing IP allows mail through. Ultimately, I don't want to keep changing IP everytime Hotmail.co.uk has a problem with us hence my desire to find out why we are being blocked.
