With a Hold Analyzer you know longer have to do that for the user. Users recover their own messages. Having users recover their own messages lets the admin know what the recipient thinks is spam and what is not spam. I find it difficult to read their minds. when I did this in the past I made incorrect assumptions on what was spam.
