The problem with Declude Confirm has to do with programmed folder use. Declude is aware of this issue, and has stated that it will be addressed in a future release, but at this time there is no desire to spend much time on it.
As such, I would ask the Declude user community to voice its opinion on Declude Confirm to let Declude know how why value this feature. If people want, I will create a quick free poll for all to use. This way, if we show Declude that we all want this, they will place a higher priority on it.
