I have been blocking almost all of their space since October.  I had left some of it out due to the potential of false positives on legitimate hosted business, but another look at Senderbase shows that this is probably not worth being concerned about any more as the blocks have filled in with spammers. If I am not mistaken, this is the notorious Wholesale Bandwidth operation renamed to Wholesale Internet, that formerly lead SBL's top spam hosts.
