OK, I'm on an even older version of Declude (still 1.81!) since I haven't
taken the time to switch over and make any changes that are needed.  Now
it's time to do that!  I'll test this on another server and see if anything
is different then see what happens with my mail server.  If I can't get any
better results with this, I'll see if Declude can help.
