I second this emotion and define "a working product" as a product I can
install late at night or on a Sunday afternoon without problems. Disruptions
during business hours are a "no-no"! Our clients scream if they don't get
their legitimate email in a timely fashion but with a minimum of junk and
absolutley no viruses.

Well: for me it's absolutley not important if it will be called "suite" or
yust "declude.exe". Central issue: It should work and have as many
