If you use LOGLEVEL DEBUG that will give you more information. It would also be interesting to note the subject line, as that is where the confirmation information is.
Please note, Declude 1.75 is 3 years old, so information about problems with Confirm for that version would be hard to find. Remember, at that stage, Declude Confirm was a free value added product.
