Gary, Yes, Declude is off, tomorrow the 3rd, however the support folks will be available for catastrophic outages. This should have been posted on the Support portion of the web site. I will be posting our "calendar" shortly so customers can plan accordingly. I'm also looking at extending the M-F times to reflect 8:30 - 5:00 North American customer time. Stay tuned.
