Turning-off Hijack had no affect. The issue continued. Are you referring to the "Forward" field, just below the "reply-to" field of the User's record in Imail? Are you saying that using that field, (instead of setting up an Alias record, instead) will somehow let mail through, when it is over the hold weight?
