Darin, I don't believe that is correct. The SPFPASS will not be trigged on a soft fail, only if an email actually matches the SPF record, as the SPFFAIL will only be trigged if the email explicitly fails the SPF test. The UNKNOWN will be returned on a soft fail or no SPF record present.
