[Declude.JunkMail] Licensing problem after upgrade

I just upgraded from 3.x to the current version. Nothing will run.   All I see in the diags.txt is FATAL ERROR: Product license key not in configuration INVALID KEY   Where do I put the update Key?   Also the IMAIL Delivery Application is still set to Declude.exe is this correct.   Thanks.   Fred --- This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing list.
