Also, there is a directive in the global.cfg you might want to use as well 
"COPYFILEACTIONWITHHEADERS ON"

This setting is married to the COPYFILE action and will ensure that header 
information is added to the mail message before the copy is performed. This 
the default process in Smartermail. This needs to be in the global.cfg.
