Interesting news, David. And thanks for the tip about Al's blog. I think "fixed" is an overstatement.
I just tested 8 IP addresses that were previously listed in January in the DHCP or SPAMTRAP RBL, plus three longtime Chinese IP addresses in the PRC, and none of them are listed right now. I don't expect that the problems posted to the newsgroups, nor the DNS server timeouts and refusals I saw last night are going to get any better, so this RBL provider is going to stay out of my global.cfg file.
