SmarterMail. Its the way to go. Ver 6 will support ActiveSync [ as an addon] and the web interface is excellent.

I think roundcube is better than squirrel mail but I don't know if it will work on a windows machine - have never tried to do that. I gave up w/Imail on fixing my imail webmail issues, on my servers, if there is more than 1000 messages in a mail box, users get "Access Denied" when going to different pages in there preview window.
