That's strange. I'm certain it shouldn't work like that.
To troubleshoot I think I'd turn all the .eml to .eml.txt except for your
postmaster template so declude doesn't use but one and test. I'd try
several domains to see if it is isolated to this domain or server wide. If
it is this domain only then I'd hunt something in the domain set up - like
maybe an alias that's run together or a rule that copies perhaps. If it is
server wide I'd check to see if you are copying emails and using rules at
the server level but that doesn't look too promising from here.
