I used the suggested command lines from the declude documentation:
SCANFILE        C:\Progra~1\FSI\F-Prot\F-Prot.exe /TYPE /SILENT /NOMEM 
/ARCHIVE /NOFLOPPY /NOBOOT /DUMB
