Nothing should be unsettling about this part of it. It's standard Windows
behavior WRT Taskman and services. Even though Declude is not a full-fledged
"service" in it's own right, it is running in that context.
Use kill from the resource kit.
As to the rest, I'm sure Scott will work it out.
