You need to be careful when telling Declude to start a program, unless you
know what it does. In the case of Inoculan.exe, I believe that it pops up
a window asking the user to go through menus and press buttons and such to
let it know what to do. Declude can't do that. The program will just sit
in memory until the timeout occurs, at which point Declude will terminate it.
With Innoculan, you need to use the inocucmd.exe file. I believe that is
the only file they have that works as a command line scanner. You may need
to do a Full Install to get it to install. It's also possible that the
version of Innoculan you have doesn't include a command line scanner (we
have a copy that says it includes one, but we couldn't find it).
