How do you format the .eml files so the recipient will see an alias in the
"From:" part of the email:

Example .eml file:
        From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
        To: %ALLRECIPS%
Subject: WARNING: YOU WERE SENT A VIRUS

When I recieve the email the From: line in Outlook or the web messaging
interface is "me". How do I use an alias?
I tried the following with no success:
        From: "Steve Flook" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
        To: %ALLRECIPS%
Subject: WARNING: YOU WERE SENT A VIRUS

TIA
Steve Flook
