One option is http://www.DNSreport.com . If you enter a domain name that uses your mail server, it will run some basic tests against it (to see if it is an open relay, make sure it accepts the abuse@ address, and a few more). You can also use http://www.abuse.net/relay.html to specifically test for an open relay. There are other open relay testers, some more thorough than others.
