It is safe to delete them if they are more than two hours old, but they do
indicate a problem of some sort. Declude automatically deletes those
directories. However, Declude won't be able to delete them if a program
(such as an on-access scanner or backup software) locks one of the files,
or if extra files are added in there by the virus scanner. If Declude
can't delete the directory, it will log an error code in the log file.
